Notice of Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Cheektowaga, Erie County, New York at the Town Hall in the said Town of Cheektowaga, 3301 Broadway corner of Union Road on the April 25, 2017 at 7:00 o'clock P.M., of said day for the purpose of considering the application of:
Jim Lutz/STZ Corporation
for the rezoning of a part of 142 French Road from M1-Light Manufacturing to MS- Motor Service to permit the conversion of an existing retail building to a self service car wash,
All parties in interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in regard to such proposed application.

ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, situate in the Town of Cheektowaga, County of Erie and State of New York, being part of Lot No. 89, Township 10, Range 7 of the Buffalo Creek Reservation, bounded and described as follows:
COMMENCING at the intersection of the north line of French Road (66 feet wide) with the east line of Azalea Drive (80 feet wide); thence easterly along the north line of French Road a distance of 113.12 feet to the TRUE AND PRINCIPAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing easterly along the north line of French Road, a distance of 60.38 feet; thence northerly at right angles to the north line of French Road and along the easterly line of lands conveyed to S.T.Z. Corporation by deed recorded in liber 7753 of Deeds at page 573, a distance of 283.59 feet to the southerly line of Industrial Parkway (60 feet wide); thence southwesterly along the southerly line of Industrial Parkway a distance of 100 feet; thence southerly parallel with the easterly line of said lands of S.T.Z. Corporation, a distance of 88 feet; thence easterly at right angles to the last described course a distance of 32.60 feet; thence southerly at right angles to the last described course and parallel with the easterly line of said lands of S.T.Z. Corporation, a distance of 158.94 feet to the true and principal point of beginning.
